Well, we knew this was coming. This RFP for the private prisons is worth a read, though, folks. It helps you figure out where the AZ Department of Corrections' priorities are (not with the care of their prisoners), when you closely at their performance measurements, sanctions for non-compliance, etc. Once I get chance to dig further into it, I'll give you the run-down.
